Spicy Peanut Butter Rice Cakes

Who doesn’t love peanut butter! While typically enjoyed on toast, it makes a great spread on crispy rice cakes. Not only does the combination of smooth creamy peanuts with aromatic rice taste great, but it also makes a great gluten-free snack or breakfast. To elevate the combination even more, why not add some heat?

Our Spicy Peanut Butter Rice Cakes recipe combines a delicious blend of nutty, tangy and spicy and is quick to make. We include fresh herbs and ingredients garnish to pack even more flavour in one crunchy bite!

  • IBIS Brown Rice Cakes
  • Peanut Butter
  • Chopped spring onion
  • Chopped coriander
  • Tabasco sauce
  • Ground Sea Salt
  • Lime

1. Spread peanut butter on IBIS Brown Rice Cakes (easier to spread when warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds)

2. Sprinkle chopped spring onions and coriander and a dash of tabasco sauce. Add ground sea salt and squeezed fresh lime to taste.
