Discover organic goodness! Our premium products are made from an award-winning variety of Jasmine, known locally as Phka Rumduol. Our fragrant and great-tasting rice is grown by hand using traditional techniques and is certified organic to EU and USDA standards.

IBIS Rice is grown by hand on Cambodia’s northern plains, where mineral-rich waters run off the Dangrek Mountains and feed the soil in the grassy savannahs and thriving woodlands. In this unique environment, our farmers plant just one crop per year, allowing it to mature slowly into the finest quality, fragrant, long-grain jasmine rice—a truly Cambodian variety known locally as Phka Rumduol.

White Jasmine Rice
This is our Pkha Rumduol Jasmine in its classic form, polished white for the most fragrant and luxurious experience. With a slightly sticky and fluffy texture, it makes an excellent side dish for a variety of dishes.

Brown Jasmine Rice
The same Pkha Rumduol variety presented whole-grain. Forget any other brown rice you have eaten, brown IBIS rice cooks light and fluffy with surprising buttery notes and with all the nutrition of the bran.

Semi-milled Jasmine Rice
This is our little trick, semi-milled takes only some of the nutritious bran layer away meaning it cooks and tastes much like our white IBIS rice just with that extra goodness.

Sticky Rice
We grow a special variety of sticky rice known as Damnoeb Sbai Monkul. With its opaque grains and sticky texture, this rice makes a delicious side dish for various Southeast Asian mains and is also perfect for making desserts!

Brown Rice Cakes
Organic & Wildlife Friendly Brown IBIS Rice puffed into delicious rice cakes. The quality of the rice comes through to give a nutty and fragrant flavour with no other ingredients. Perfection that can be layered with your favourite organic treats.

Salt & Pepper Brown Rice Cakes
Our baked organic brown rice cakes are made with world-famous Kampot Pepper combined with a bit of Kep Sea Salt and deliciously nutty and crunchy brown Phka Rumdoul.
